New England Justice for Our Neighbors is pleased to introduce our first Executive Director, Jenna Andelman.  Jenna comes to New England JFON with over 20 years of nonprofit management and lay leadership experience in several fields, most notably healthcare and special education.  She received her undergraduate degree from Harvard University and her MBA from the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business.

“The New England Justice for Our Neighbors Board of Directors is very much looking forward to working with Jenna as our Executive Director. The depth of Jenna’s nonprofit and professional experience is exactly what New England JFON needs to grow as an immigration justice organization. Jenna’s passion for the New England JFON mission of providing free and quality legal services will make a huge difference in the lives of newcomers for years to come,” says Board Chair Pastor Gary Richards.

With the exception of our lawyer partners, our organization has run since its inception on the hard work of dedicated volunteers.  With the hiring of our first director, we look forward to strengthening our infrastructure, growing our reach, creating new partnerships, and serving more clients.

“I’m thrilled to be joining New England Justice for Our Neighbors.  Our country’s immigration policies are broken and harmful, and there is an overwhelming need both for the type of legal services New England JFON provides and for greater education and advocacy,” says Jenna.  “Through growth and partnerships, we aim to have even greater impact in the area of immigrant justice.”
