If you decide to work with us as a client, we will collect additional personal information in order to best communicate with you and represent you in your legal case.

We use your data solely for sending information and reminders related to our products or services. Specifically, we use the information we collect to:

- Communicate with you about your legal case.
- Complete filings for your legal case.
- Text Messaging
At this time, New England JFON only sends text messages to current clients. If you are not a client, you will never receive a text message from us.
Each client is asked whether they are comfortable being contacted via text messaging. If you do not consent, we will mark that in your record and will not communicate with you via text messaging. If we ever send text messages, we will only send them to one person at a time, and the messages will be strictly related to our legal work. No marketing of fundraising texts are sent out.

Opt-Out: You can opt out of the SMS list at anytime by replying or texting STOP or UNSUBSCRIBE. After unsubscribing, you will receive a final SMS to confirm you have unsubscribed and we will remove your number from our list within 5 business days

Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier may charge fees for sending or receiving text messages, especially if you do not have an unlimited texting or data plan. Messages are recurring, and message frequency varies.

We retain your information as long as you are subscribed to our SMS service. You may request deletion at any time.
