If you decide to work with us as a client, we will collect additional personal information in order to best communicate with you and represent you in your legal case.

3. Text Messaging
At this time, New England JFON only sends text messages to current clients. If you are not a client, you will never receive a text message from us. Each client is asked whether they are comfortable being contacted via text messaging. If you do not consent, we will mark that in your record and will not communicate with you via text messaging.
If we ever send text messages, we will only send them to one person at a time, and the messages will be strictly related to our legal work. No marketing of fundraising texts are sent out.
We do not sell, rent or share your personal data for marketing/promotional/advertising purposes. We may share your personal information with trusted third-party service providers to help deliver our services. These third parties are required to protect your data and may only use it as instructed by us.
